Responsibilities
The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight of design and construction, and project management related activities for projects within National Initiatives Programs. The Program Manager interfaces with Division and hospital leadership for capital project coordination and communication, and ensures resolution of project risks and contingencies. The Program Manager position is responsible for the project management, completion, and financial outcome of capital projects that could have an aggregate value up to $250 million dollars. This position reports directly to the Program Director National Initiatives, and may supervise 4 or more Senior Project Managers, and/or Project Managers.
- Responsible for scheduling and managing the project delivery process for all assigned projects.
- Leads the project team in establishing scope, schedule and budget and is responsible for maintaining theobjectives throughout each phase of the project. Provides internal and external project communications to ensureall team members are advised of project status.
- Responsible for coordination between construction team, consultants and facility operations.
- Monitors construction activities to ensure conformance with approved documents and specifications, regulations,codes, standards and laws that are applicable to the project.
- Maintains relationships with approving authorities at the federal, state and local level.
- Participates in negotiating fees and business decisions for project vendors in accordance with 91麻豆国产精品自拍Health policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Business, Construction聽Management, Engineering, or Architecture and/or equivalent experience required. Master鈥檚 preferred
- Minimum (10+) years of experience in leading project management design and construction聽projects.聽
- Thorough working knowledge of project construction聽budgets and controls.
- Demonstrated success in delivery of major healthcare capital projects.
- Experience in facilitating project design and construction聽related meetings and presentations.聽
- Knowledge of project delivery methods such as design-build, design-bid-build or others.聽
- Experience in developing conceptual project scope, schedules and budgets.聽
- Experience with construction聽processes, building and life safety codes.聽
- Knowledge of approving authories, OSHPD (for State of California positions only) and similar regulatory agencies.聽
